MES system

On May 12, 2022, Xindian Electric Appliance Group Co., Ltd. held a launch ceremony of MES system (executive management system in the production process of professional enterprises). The launch ceremony invited relevant leaders such as Xinyang Shihe District Science, Technology and Industry Information Bureau and Huawei Xinyang City Industry Cloud Innovation Center.

The project covers the operation and management business of the transformer production workshop of Xindian Electric Group Co., Ltd., and realizes the interoperability of internal management information. The functions of the system mainly include sales department, technology department, production department and other departments. The production department carries out systematic management from raw material control, production progress, product quality management, warehouse-in and warehouse-out inquiries, etc., realizing product tracking of the whole process, and carrying out system management for warehouse-out inquiries, etc., realizing product tracking of the whole process.
